Video
Videos are decoded and captured in your browser; we never receive the original file. Only when you place an order are the generated page images uploaded and stored, so we can build your PDF or print your book.
What we collect
Your email when you order; additionally your name, phone and shipping address for printed copies. This is used for delivery and support only — never sold, never used for advertising.
Storage and deletion
Page images are kept for 90 days for re-downloads and support. Write to us any time to have them deleted sooner.
Third parties
Payments are handled by our payment provider — we never see your card number. Email is sent through a mail provider. Hosting and storage run on Cloudflare.
Cookies
We use only essential local storage to remember your language and your work in progress. No cross-site tracking.
